Three corners. One crew. A closer look at Turf War.
The Yard, the Junction, the Loading Dock: how Hood Warfare builds its 4v4 fight around territory.

The objective is the neighborhood
Hood Warfare puts three capture zones at the center of its published Turf War design: the Yard, the Junction and the Loading Dock. Two teams of four contest those corners in an eight-minute match. The developer describes standing on a zone to capture it and holding territory to drain the opposing team. It is a premise with an easy-to-read objective: the fight matters because of the ground it wins.
Rep gives the match another layer
The official description adds rep-powered call-ins to that territorial loop. A snitch reveals enemy positions on the map, homies provide AI backup, and a drive-by attacks a block. For a prospective player, the interesting question is when to use those tools: support a contested corner, reinforce a hold or help a crew regain ground. Those are ways to think about the published design, not tactics we have validated in a play test.

What is live, and what comes next
The current website labels Turf War and The Block as live. Free-for-all, team deathmatch and additional maps are marked for a next update. We are keeping that distinction visible: a roadmap is a reason to follow development, not proof that a feature is available in the current download. The publisher also says bots fill vacant match slots; that does not establish how many human players are online.
What to look for when you play
The footage below is useful for a first look at the HUD and visual style. When you try a build, the details that will make your review valuable include your device, the version, how clear the objectives felt and whether matches ran reliably. This publication shares ownership with Hood Warfare, so this article introduces the game without assigning an independent verdict. Your actual play experience belongs in the separate player reviews.
